No surprise “extras” that double your quote halfway through the job. Our quotes are detailed and comprehensive. If we find something unexpected when we open up the walls (which occasionally happens in older homes), we’ll talk to you about it before proceeding, not just add it to the bill.

We don’t disappear for two weeks to work on another job when yours is half done. Once we start your bathroom, we see it through to completion. Our team stays on your project until it’s finished, tested, and you’re happy with it.

Your house won’t look like a demolition site. We take floor protection seriously, we bag our rubbish, we don’t leave tools lying around. At the end of each day, we tidy up. At the end of the project, we do a full clean and removal of all materials and waste.

We’re not going to get callbacks in six months because the tiling’s already cracking or the shower’s leaking. We use proper waterproofing techniques, we prepare surfaces correctly, we don’t rush the grouting or cut corners on the finish work. The bathroom we build you should still look and work great in ten years.
